Who is behind Qoren
If you are going to hand a platform your credentials and let agents act for your business, you deserve a plain answer to a plain question: who runs this? Here it is.
Direct answer
Who is behind Qoren?
Qoren is built and operated by Magentic Studio, a software studio based in Portugal, founded and run by David Silva. Magentic Studio is the legal entity named in the terms of service and the data controller under the privacy policy.
The company
Magentic Studio is a small, independent software studio based in Portugal, and it owns and operates Qoren. Qoren is a managed AI agent platform that runs OpenClaw, Hermes and Codex agents 24/7 for agencies, founders and developers, and does the homework for them: the machine, secrets, updates, logs and a hard cap on credit spend. Being small is worth stating rather than hiding: there is no sales floor and no account tiers of support theater. The people who build the platform are the people who answer the email.
The founder
Qoren is built by David Silva, who also writes the free agent course on this site under his own name. You can find him at silvahimself.com.

Why Qoren exists
Open agent runtimes made it easy to build an agent and left running one as homework: a machine that never sleeps, secret handling, updates, monitoring, and a bill that does not surprise you. Qoren exists to do that operations work as a product, so an agent that is useful on your laptop can become a service that works while you sleep.
How it is operated
The platform runs agent environments on dedicated DigitalOcean machines, encrypts stored secrets, monitors environment health, and publishes service status publicly. The security page describes the setup in detail, and the legal pages name the entity, the governing law, and the data handling commitments.
